We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them."Your rolePreparing an array of accounting/tax engagements such as personal tax returns, corporate tax returns, compilation, review and audit engagements including detailed client financial statement disclosures.Sitting in on client meetings, communicating regularly with clients to learn their business needs and building those strong client relationshipsAssisting with training for recent studentsManaging various deadlines throughout the yearProvide support, coaching and development of mentees.Preparation and presentation of technical sessions to firm staffUnderstanding the impact of engagement financials including time budgets,
