The incumbent must be conversant with emergency procedures and able to respond accordingly. Employees are expected to be knowledgeable of the aquatic facilities rules and regulations and are able to implement the same while maintaining a co-operative and positive relationship with the public.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLifeguard a diverse set of activitiesEnsuring effective program instruction in a fun and secure manner for participantsAssists with the delivery of special eventsEnsuring cleanliness of pool deck and surrounding areas.May be required to assist with administration duties as required.Follows all policies, procedures and standards of the CRD.Performs other duties as required.Additional InformationAbility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational needs.Key Skills & AbilitiesExcellent communication (verbal and written),
