but are not limited to:Assigning the duties and shifts of the site Security DetailMonitoring satisfaction of services through regular visits to all posts throughout the shiftCompleting recent hire orientation / training of Security Detail members assigned to the siteMaintaining physical security of the site and implementing required security measures by our client.Conducting security patrols/inspections of the site's interior and perimeter areas (in all weather conditions)Conduct Site Safety and Security Orientation to visitors and third-party contractors.Controlling pedestrian and vehicle access, ensuring compliance to HPA proceduresConducting random personnel baggage and vehicle searchesMonitoring and controlling access to Restricted AreasProvide a traffic safety watch within and outside of the Restricted Area(s)Monitoring of HPA surveillance systemsResponding to emergency situationsReporting deficiencies in, or malfunctions of, security related equipment to the HPA Site SupervisorResponding to security breaches or incidents in accordance with HPA policiesEnsuring the appropriate level of staffing so that CNS can meet the service level targets of the client.Effectively coach, motivate, discipline and provide feedback when necessary.Conduct investigations and complete detailed accident and incident reports in a timely matter,
