Job SummaryThe Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling of inventory, shipments, and supplies. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, compliance with quality standards, and efficient logistics processes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining recordsCreate courier labels efficiently and accuratelyTrace and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryPrepares outgoing deliveries using validated packaging to ensure the quality of the medication is maintained throughout the logistics processVerifies and unloads incoming shipments at a warehousePerforms quality inspection when receiving goods, record shortages and reject damaged itemsStores or stocks the items in their appropriate placesMaintain freezer packs in sufficient quantity and quality to ensure temperature-controlled shippingOperate lift truck or pump truck from shipping and receiving platform to storage areaResponsible for managing the returns processSort, count, identify, verify and track all materials to maintain accurate inventory recordsParticipates in quality assurance activities as directedPerforms general housekeeping duties in the warehouseWorks with Pharmacy Operations Manager regarding any performance management issues or concernsAssembles,
