主要工作职责 / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES根据生产及餐单要求准备、烹调及分配餐⻝ Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to production sheets and menus根据安排准备治疗餐及其他菜单选择 Prepare therapeutic diets and other menu options as scheduled按照标准⻝谱及适当的烹调方式完成⻝品制作 Prepare food following standardized recipes and proper cooking methods协助菜单规划及⻝谱开发 Assist with menu planning and recipe development协助⻝品及用品的订购、接收、储存和库存管理 Assist with ordering, receiving, storing, and managing food and supply inventory确保⻝物温度及份量符合要求 Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and portion size正确储存并标记⻝品及⻝品样本 Properly store and label food items and food samples保持厨房设备、操作台面及器具的清洁和消毒 Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils报告安全隐患及设备问题 Report safety hazards and equipment issues根据工作需要指导或监督协助⻝品准备的 Food Service Workers Direct or supervise Food Service Workers assisting with food preparation as needed
