ROYAL OTTAWA HEALTH CARE GROUP seeks a Master’s level Social Worker to provide person-centered services to family members of individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will conduct brief counselling, psychoeducation, and support planning in a hospital/community setting. You will facilitate family groups, deliver trainings, and apply trauma-informed approaches while navigating psychosocial needs and connecting families to community resources.
