and other menu offeringsSet up and stock cooking stations before service.Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and quality requirementsMonitor food inventory and notify management of supply needsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work areaFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsAssist with receiving, storing, and rotating food productsWork efficiently during busy breakfast service periodsSupport other kitchen staff as neededClean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations after serviceOversee room inspections and cleaning schedulesRemove garbage and dust shelvingSweep and vacuum the mudroom, hallway, and entrancewaysCheck inbound and outbound guest lists for room changeover. Report changes and cleaned itemsEnsure bathrooms are cleaned each day (floors, toilets, shower stalls, sinks, and mirrors)Replenish toilet paper, paper towels and soapKeep the laundry room tidy; dust and sweep daily, mop every other dayKeep linen storage clean and organizedOther duties may be assignedEnsure accommodations, laundry facilities, and common areas meet company standardsRespond to client and guest concerns promptlyDeliver high-quality customer service in a remote camp environmentThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Qualifications4 years' experience in a related field of work; preferably a camp catering environment with a housekeeping background preferred3-5 years' previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook,
