The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a high degree of data center knowledge evidenced by actual work experience. As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial concept and design through to construction and final handover.You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that all work is complete to the highest standards. Your role will involve coordinating and managing multiple data center project teams, developing project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulation and standards, and for maintaining accurate project documentation.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. They will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
