Salary will be based on experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEmail and calendar management, scheduling and preparing for meetingsMaintaining a bring forward system and providing appropriate remindersPreparing, formatting & editing various correspondence and legal documentsCommunicating with clientsOpening and closing filesEnsuring electronic and paper filing is kept up to date and organizedTranscribing dictated informationCoordinating with other assistants to foster a team environmentProviding backup coverage in the absence of other assistantsOther duties,
