The instructor will guide students through portfolio projects in areas such as:IllustrationConcept artFine artsResponsibilitiesProvide engaging, project-based instruction to high school studentsGuide students in developing original concepts and portfolio works for university applicationOffer transparent, constructive feedback on students' creative development and technical executionHelp students strengthen their artistic process, visual storytelling,



and presentation skillsThis is a teaching-focused position and does not include administrative or parent-communication responsibilities.QualificationsA strong professional portfolio demonstrating relevant creative and technical skillsAbility to explain artistic concepts clearly and provide constructive, encouraging feedbackAbility to work effectively with high school students at different skill levelsAvailability to teach in person on Sundays at our Vancouver campusPreferred QualificationsThree or more years of professional industry experienceCurrently working professionally in illustration, concept art, visual development, animation, or a related creative fieldPrevious teaching or mentoring experience is an asset but is not requiredWe welcome applications from practicing artists who are excited to help young creatives develop their skills, artistic voices, and portfolios for post-secondary study.
