This role leverages technical expertise and team‐building skills to develop, manage, and engage the workforce in all training aspects and is part of the Global Technical Training Center of Excellence (CoE).What You'll DoApply Continuous Colleague Development (CCD) 2.0 tools to deliver focused and world‐class training initiativesPartner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities, define KPIs, and measure training effectivenessSupport secure, reliable, and efficient refinery operationsDeliver Train‐the‐Trainer sessionsLead CCD execution using the PE model (Assess, Plan, Model, Replicate, Sustain)Provide coaching, escalation, and accountability through Review & Response meetingsReport progress monthly to stakeholdersMentor employees and foster a high‐performance cultureEnsure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards, and MoC processesLead new hire training and mentoring programsCollaborate with SMEs, trainers, engineers, supervisors, and EHS teamsMaintain, update, and audit training materials and proceduresDeliver training via coaching, field instruction, small groups, and formal sessionsSupport additional operational needs as assignedAct as backup for Formulator and Shipping SupervisorAct as backup for Shift SupervisorWhat You BringSelf‐starter with ability to work independentlyResults‐driven with strong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilityProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Learning Management Systems (Alchemy/Coursemill) preferredWorking ConditionsIndustrial environment: indoor/outdoor, extreme temperatures, noise, dustRequires PPE, climbing stairs/ladders,
