About the Role:Logik Roofing & Insulation, part of the Logik Group, is a growing company known for quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and throughout Ontario.This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for managing a crew, completing installs, and making sure every job is done efficiently and to a high standard.The position requires travel across Ontario, including overnight stays. Travel and hotels are paid when you are working overnight outside the GTA.Responsibilities:Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sitesPerform and oversee air sealing and draft-proofingInstall blown insulation, batt and poly, and blanket insulationEnsure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are metCommunicate professionally with homeownersLoad and unload materials and keep a clean, organized job siteRequirements:Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in attic insulationHave personally blown at least 1,000 attics.
