The ideal candidate has strong piping skills, a creative eye for design, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards—especially during busy periods and tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDecorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries using piping, fondant, and other decorating techniquesCreate custom cake designs based on customer orders and reference imagesMaintain consistent quality, presentation, and attention to detail across all productsWork efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines during peak hours and holidaysPrepare icing, fillings, and other decorating materials as requiredKeep the decorating station clean, organized,



and compliant with food safety standardsCollaborate with bakers and team members to ensure smooth daily operationsHandle special requests and last-minute orders with a positive, customer-focused attitudeRequirementsProven experience as a Cake Decorator or in a similar bakery roleStrong piping skills (borders, flowers, lettering, and detail work)Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and qualityGood understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsStrong attention to detail and artistic abilityAbility to stand for long periods in a quick-paced environmentAvailability to work weekends and holidays as requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with fondant, buttercream, and custom/specialty cake designs
