Job DescriptionOur Arrow Project Services team is looking for experienced Grader Operators for a project at Princeton's Copper Mountain Mine.The Grader Operator will perform heavy-duty tasks on a mine site, including excavation, earthworks, and site preparation. The Grader Operator will work in rough, uneven terrain while being exposed to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. Safety will be a primary focus, as the operator works in proximity to heavy machinery, other workers, and potential hazards associated with mining operations.This position will primarily operate a Komatsu 955 grader, but may also operate a Komatsu HD1500 Haul truck or other equipment as needed.You can learn more about Arrow Project Services at https//www.Arrow.Ca/projectservices/ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment to dig, move, and grade earth and materialsPerformloggedinspections,routinemaintenance,andclearingawaydebris(tracks, in cab, under screener)on equipmentdailyAssistwith road prep,snow removal,sanding,and watering to ensure the facility is accessible andmaintainedthrough the seasonRegular manual labour to clean andmaintainthe facility and equipmentProvide internal and external customer service excellenceWork in adherence to all safe work practices, procedures, as well as all regulatory requirementsProvide feedback to employer on working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of yard,shop, department, or work crewMay be asked to travel to other job sites to assist if necessaryAbility to understand cross training on all functions at siteOther duties as assigned by supervisor/managerPrevious relevant experience operating various heavy equipment in a civil construction environmentLevel 1 First AidAbility to work outside in all weather conditionsMust have reliable transportationRock Truck, Dozer,
