Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on bins, compaction systems, and baler equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues related to truck bins and plant equipmentAssist in maintaining operational readiness and uptime of recycling and waste handling machineryMaintain and update service records, inspection logs, and equipment historyWork collaboratively with operations and fleet teams to coordinate downtime and maintenance schedulesIdentify parts and materials required for repairs and liaise with procurement for sourcingEnsure all work is completed in compliance with GFL's safety standards, policies, and regulatory guidelinesRequirementsValid Industrial Millwright (433A) Certification in Ontario3+ years of millwright experience in a maintenance or industrial setting (waste/recycling industry preferred)Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience working with waste bins, compactors, balers,
