consistent production while improving throughput, yield, quality and equipment utilisationFinalising SOPs and ensuring disciplined, repeatable processes are followed across the operationOptimising furnace loading, alloying, metal treatment, filtration, casting and billet processingWorking closely with Materials, Planning and Maintenance to align production with demand, availability and equipment reliabilitySupporting the business through ISO accreditation and driving continuous improvementYou'll need10+ years' experience within aluminum casthouse, extrusion/casthouse or closely related metals manufacturing environmentsStrong technical knowledge of melting, alloying, furnace and billet casting operationsProven experience leading and developing production teams within a heavy industrial environmentThe ability to combine hands‐on technical judgement with strong commercial and operational thinkingExperience improving processes, production performance and operational disciplineA safety‐first mindset with strong problem‐solving and continuous improvement capabilityThis is a site‐based role in British Columbia, Canada.
