This position has the primary responsibility for the maintenance and repair of utility and process piping as well as fixed equipment such as drums, towers and exchangers.This position is located at Nutrien's Carseland, Alberta site (approximately 25km East of Calgary).What You'll Do:Assistwith the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping components and systems, as well as fixed equipment such as tanks,towersand exchangersMaintenance and repair of utility and process piping as well as fixed equipment such as drums, towers, and exchangersImplement the Preventive Maintenance program for piping and fixed equipment systems such as steam, traps, check valves, manual isolation valves, tanks, towers,



and exchangersUtilize SAP software for daily maintenance activitiesActive participation in team safety meetings,auditsand Job Task Observation of peersDay-to-day safe and productive execution of the department's preventative, routine, and immediate maintenance requirementsMaintain all tools, workareaand equipment a clean and orderly fashionRead andinterpret construction fabrication drawings and specificationsWork alongside and in cooperation with other maintenance trades, operations, and technical groupsParticipate in the rotating on call scheduleManage contract group through various projects or tasksCoordinate and executed maintenance work during shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds to help return the plant to service on schedule.What You'll Bring:5+ years of plant maintenance experience in a chemical/petrochemical industryWorking knowledge of SAPCommitment to achieving desired results with a positive work environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build positive working relationships and contribute to a strong team-oriented workplace culture.The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn lists does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.
