You will work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.



You will focus on promoting health, preventing disease and injury, protecting population health, as well as a focus on curative, rehabilitation, and supportive or palliative care. You will travel to various communities across the province.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have / be:A bachelor's degree in nursing.Current registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).Current CPR course for Health Care Providers (HCP).Valid Class 5 Driver's license.An understanding of First Nations cultural principles and protocols.Knowledge of nursing processes.You may have experience in; Public Health, Home Care Nursing, Community Health (1 - 2 years)Working at FNHAAs a member of the team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:A Casual employee will not be entitled to the Employer's benefit plan, vacation or designated holidays and will instead be paid a premium of 13% for all straight time hours worked.Leading with culture, all FNHA employees complete San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training.
