The Food Beverage and Hospitality Team Leader supports the daily operations of the dining room by coordinating Front of House Services, Dining Room Assistants, and volunteers under the direction of the Food Beverage and Hospitality Manager. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality service while maintaining strong communication, consistent front-of-house standards, customer satisfaction, and responsible use of resources including reducing waste, monitoring inventory, caring for equipment, and promoting environmentally supportive work practices.
