The position reports to the Corporate Controller and is accountable to assist the Controller with billings, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting and month-end financial reporting. The role requires robust attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Core ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingPrepare, review, and issue customer invoices in a high volume environmentEnsure invoices are accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate documentationResolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer billing inquiries in a timely mannerCollections & Accounts Receivable AdministrationMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts via email and phoneWork with customers to resolve payment issues and secure timely paymentEscalate delinquent accounts in accordance with internal credit and collections policiesApply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accountsMaintain up‐to‐date customer account records and credit informationPrepare AR aging reports and other collection‐related reports as requiredMonth-End & Financial ReportingPerform month-end reconciliationsAssist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedulesIdentify discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve issues proactivelyOversee accounts payable processing, including credit card reconciliationsPrepare and file indirect tax remittances (GST/PST)Assist with audit preparation and ad hoc financial analysis as requiredTechnical SkillsStrong foundational understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.G., pivot tables, lookups,
