Become an Educational Medical Radiation Technologist II in Calgary with the MRT Clinical Education Team. Support MRT students while performing essential imaging duties at Foothills Medical Centre.This full time role combines technical expertise in diagnostic imaging with a focus on educational mentorship. You will work alongside the Education Coordinator and external partners to enhance the MRT program and provide insightful training for students. Experience in CT procedures is an asset for this position.Key Responsibilities:Mentor MRT students through hands-on trainingFacilitate educational sessions and resources for preceptorsCollaborate with technological and management teamsExecute diagnostic imaging examinations for assessmentCare for and maintain all imaging equipmentRequirements:Diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation programEligibility for registration with ACMDTT is requiredMinimum three years in a Diagnostic Imaging environmentExperience teaching or developing educational contentProficient in Microsoft Office toolsSupport the development of the next generation of radiation technologists through your expertise and guidance.
