You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth to create mobile experiences used by 1M+ people. This is a full-time opportunity focused on Figma, mobile product design, UX research, and design systems.Design is at the center of everything this team builds. You won't just be handed requirements and asked to make screens, you'll own design experiences end-to-end, diagnose existing UX problems, talk directly with users, and turn insights into products that ship. This is an ideal role for a designer who wants significant ownership, quick feedback loops, and the opportunity to directly influence product growth and retention.This role is full time in office in Montreal.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products, game interfaces, or a comparable shipped productStrong UX fundamentals, including hierarchy, accessibility, cognitive load, information architecture, and interaction designDeep proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables,
