General Description: Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the resort.This role supports the safe and reliable operation of resort facilities by ensuring electrical infrastructure is maintained to a high standard and in compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations.Qualifications & Requirements:RequiredRed Seal Electrician CertificationCompletion of a recognized electricianapprenticeship programAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codesProficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentPreferredExperience in commercial, institutional, hospitality, or facility environmentsExperience with preventative maintenance programsKnowledge of building systems, controls, motors, pumps, and related equipmentResponsibilities:Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, andinstall electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and controls throughout theresortDiagnose electrical and electronic faults andrepair or replace defective componentsPerform preventative maintenance on electricalsystems and equipmentInstall, modify,
