This role supports international shipping compliance, Canadian shipping, and global receiving operations. You'll thrive in a self-directed setting that values accountability, safety, and teamwork.Responsibilities:Scan all incoming shipments and transfersInspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips or other documents, record shortages, investigate discrepancies and reject damaged goodsCount and verify received materials and place in appropriate storage areasMaintain receiving logs for Canadian and International shipments and file all paperwork accordinglyContact internal employees when shipments arriveAct as a liaison with other business units to assist with their specific shipping needs.Determine method of shipment and prepare required documentation (waybills, commercial invoices, FCC, declaration of owner, NAFTA certificate, foreign shippers declaration, B13, and any other required shipping documents)Assemble containers and crates,



pack goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructionsMaintain internal record-keeping systems.
