and rotation of food as per HACCP regulationsDaily issuing & receiving of stock items from store rooms areaInspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentsRecord shortages and reject damaged goodsOversee the loading and unloading of the goodsOrganize and keep the storeroom in an orderly and hygienic mannerDaily inventory and place orders through PurchasingAdvise Purchasing of any issues with products or suppliersOther duties as assignedReporting to: Storeroom SupervisorQualificationsShipping/receiving experience is an assetMust have basic Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent knowledge of food handling proceduresMust be able to work in freezers/coolers (1-4 hours/day)Must be able to operate pump truckAbility to lift items up to 20Kg at shoulder & height levelHACCP training is an assetMust be able to work in a fast paced workplace with large volume of food productsAbility to read and write in EnglishDetail orientated
