Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.This OpportunityWe are currently looking to fill a Full Time Service Office Administrator within our Community Support Services Team. This will be a remote position.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pmStarting wage: $24.26 per hourHours: 35 hours per weekDuties / Functions:Provide administrative support to the Social Enterprise-Community Support Services programs and management teams.Assist with the preparation, submission and filing of confidential documents and internal recording systems for employee vacation and sick time recordsEnter data, and prepare payroll and finance reports for program managersPrepare invoices and purchase ordersUpdate and maintain program manuals and other organizational manuals as appropriateOrganize and prepare for meetings/presentations/training, including attending and taking/preparing minutes as requiredMaintain and assist with continuous improvement of data collection systems to support the programsCoordination of training and travel arrangementsAssist in preparation of documents and reports for internal purposes and fundersLiase and work with community providers to schedule all staff training.Perform general office administrative duties such as file management/archiving,



inventory maintenance for office supplies and assist with routine maintenance functions for office equipmentAssist in coordination and communications between departmentsPerforming special project assignments as directed; assisting and providingbackup to other administrative staff within the department.Minimum Grade 12.
