The Instrumentation Monitoring Student is responsible for collecting instrumentation data in a safe, compliant, and effective manner to meet Key Performance Indicators monthly. Specific tasks include instrument maintenance, raises, and abandonments in addition to mine driving and consistent communication with key stakeholders. Other responsibilities include monthly inspections to identify issues with tools and instrumentation inventory, weekly attendance in team meetings, and daily attendance in toolbox meetings. There will also be opportunities to gain knowledge from other groups including Mine Operations, Tailings Operations, Mine Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Geotechnical Reporting.This position is perfect for you if you enjoy the outdoors!
