The firm advises private companies, high-growth businesses, investment funds, investors, and entrepreneurs throughout every stage of their business lifecycle.THE ROLEOur client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Corporate Paralegal (1 to 5 years) to join its growing transactional practice.The successful candidate will support a wide range of corporate transactions, with a solid emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and corporate reorganizations.While candidates with a corporate law background are preferred, the firm is also open to individuals coming from litigation who have a genuine interest in corporate law and a strong willingness to learn.This is an outstanding opportunity to receive hands‐on mentorship and develop a sophisticated corporate practice within a team of approximately 7–8 lawyers specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law, Venture Capital, Financing, Tax, and M&A.KEY; RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing and maintaining corporate records and minute books; Assisting with incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and corporate reorganizations; Supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, closing checklists,
