If you're energized by turning big ideas into real-world brand experiences, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.Job Requirements3-5 years of project management experience in a client-facing roleExperience managing experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, or promotional campaignsExperience in an experiential agency or similar brand experience environmentExperience in automotive marketing or with automotive clients is an assetProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapid-moving environmentStrong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, budget tracking, and deadline managementExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail, with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience working with staffing teams, vendors, and third-party partners in live event environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of project management platforms and toolsA post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field is an assetWillingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on program needsJob ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day planning and execution of sponsorship and experiential marketing programs,



from early development through live activationBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, critical paths, and status trackers to keep programs on schedule and on budgetPartner with cross-functional teams including client leadership, creative, digital, production, and operations to ensure seamless deliverySupport the development of program recommendations, proposals, budgets, and quotes for existing and prospective clientsContribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning to shape innovative experiential solutionsLead onsite execution of activations and events, including setup, teardown, staffing coordination, travel, and issue resolutionOversee program financials, including budget tracking, reconciliations, vendor management, invoice processing, and financial reportingReview and coordinate program assets and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with timelinesBuild strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solvingEvaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare presentations with strategic recommendations aligned to client objectivesOwn key project lifecycle deliverables, including post-event reports, recaps, results summaries, and recommendations for future improvementIdentify opportunities to innovate, improve execution, and strengthen client partnershipsSupport the management of client and agency-owned assets, including inventory, condition, maintenance, and repairsCoordinate external partners such as influencers, photographers, videographers,
