The Junior Mechanical Designer is responsible for carrying out pre-engineering work (sketches, prototypes, testing, etc.), as well as creating drawings and 3D models for active projects within their discipline.Roles and responsibilitiesThe mechanical concept to the responsible parties:Validate and test concepts (prototyping capability); Understanding the basics of part manufacturing processes; Conceptualizingmechanical systems; 3D modeling andbasic experience in 2D technical drawings; Propose a selection of mechanical equipment (machines and conveyors) appropriate to the project's needs; Propose appropriate mechanical solutions for the execution of the project; Prepare the equipment layout plans; Under supervision, design custom parts and assemblies; Sign and seal engineering documents; Provide supportfor the installation of mechanical equipment at the customer's premises; Communication with other team members, internal and external; QualificationsThe position requires the following qualifications:BAC in mechanical engineering, automated production or equivalent experience; Minimum of 1 years of experience.Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec; French and English functional.BAC in mechanical engineering,
