This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.The position will be on a 14/14 (12 - hour day) roster and is eligible for Fly-in, Fly-out or based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $128,350 to $173,650 CAD.Key result areas in this role include:Lead and inspire team members to safely execute mining plans.Prioritize work headings, ensuring a safe environment.Chair safety and production meetings.Strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.Retrieve, analyze and track relevant data.Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly plans.Collaborate with others and network with other departments.Recognize the impact of today's job on the 3-month plan.Follow production and safety charts and trends.Work in a healthy work environment with full support, cooperation and commitment to satisfy our operation's goal of being accident-free.Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirements.Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures.Perform other duties and lawful directions as assigned by your supervisorAbout youAs a Supervisor Mining, you will possess a Secondary School Graduation Diploma, have previously obtained the Ontario Basic Hard Rock Miner Certificate (U/G Common Core) as well as successfully passed the Ontario Supervisor Common Core Program. You should also possess 3 years of directly-related experience, or several years of experience working and progressing through various levels of underground mining,



and a solid background in production mining.
