To work with us means approaching each day with a passion for what you do, knowing that you make a difference – to your clients, to your colleagues, to yourself.We're looking for people who are continuously growing – from Good to Great, from Great to Elite.We're looking for YOU.As an Account Executive, Private Client a typical day might include:Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to grow and manage a Personal insurance book of business, maintaining a sales pipeline and developing recent business opportunitiesEnsuring clients have the necessary coverage in place, quoting and binding coverage, and cross- and up-selling additional coverage where possibleSelling brokerage services to achieve target revenue and activity quotasConducting regular review meetings with existing clients to service and identify opportunities for new prospecting activitiesMaintaining a highly technical and service-oriented relationship with clients & underwritersDeveloping and maintaining relationships with insurers to ensure clients receive favourable pricing and claims handling and to develop new productsAttending client (prospective & existing), insurer, and industry functions to build networks and identify new business streamsReferring business opportunities outside specialty area to other Axis Account ExecutivesPreparing annual business plan with projected sales goals, strategies, obstacles, and areas for growthAttending regular Personal Lines Growth Group meetingsAttending networking events and sources external leadsYou are passionate about:Providing friendly, professional serviceMaking a positive difference to those around youSharing ideas and working with a great team of proactive, innovative thinkersLearning, growing,
