This position is the subject‐matter expert for fraud detection technology and is responsible for developing materials and conducting technical training when appropriate.Review SIU referrals and determine which claims meet the established criteria and will be accepted for investigation by SIUAnalyze internal and external data systems to identify suspicious claims activityComplete open‐source intelligence (OSINT) searchesDesign and create data reports/tools to proactively identify questionable claims or policy activitySupport development of case investigations, fraud detection and tool enhancements for all lines of business and regionsIdentify issues, resource challenges and competing priorities regarding fraud identification and escalates to Claims ManagementPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
