Support ALDO's dynamic team as a Sample Coordinator, managing development and marketing samples efficiently. This full time on-campus position involves organization and proactive communication. Working under the Sample Manager, the Sample Coordinator will facilitate the distribution and management of all samples for ALDO and Call It Spring brands. A proactive, organized individual will thrive in this supportive role, especially during busy periods. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring smooth operations throughout sample processing and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute all inbound samples
- Maintain organized storage solutions for samples
- Assist with showroom setups and coordination of sample orders
- Manage vendor communications for timely deliveries
- Track and confirm sample arrivals for photography Requirements:
- Full-time availability from 8 AM to 4 PM
- Energetic and organized mindset
- Physically able to manipulate sample cartons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
