This role supervises the inside sales and customer service teams for the Canadian market. It requires robust team management skills, customer relations, and technical understanding of industrial products (valves, flow controls, etc.)Main Roles and Responsibilities:Supervise inside sales and customer service teamsHire, train, evaluate, and coach staffConduct performance reviews (annual reviews, KPIs, SQDC)Organize daily and weekly meetings to track prioritiesLead by example by stepping in to support quoting and order entry during peak periods and to model best practices for speed, accuracy, and customer responsivenessCustomer ServiceAct as the primary point of contact for customers in CanadaRespond to RFQs and pricing requestsValidate technical information and ensure accurate, timely quotationsManage complaints, returns,
