We offer a comprehensive benefits package, career development opportunities and a energetic workplace culture that embodies The Paragon Way.The OpportunityThe Property Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Property Management team by assisting with tenant communications, leasing administration, scheduling, reporting, and day‐to‐day property operations to ensure the efficient management of the portfolio.What You'll Be DoingProvide administrative support to Property and Resident ManagersReview and process rental applications, ensuring all tenant screening and documentation are complete and accurate prior to approval.Prepare and process renewals for approvalPrepare leases and amendments for Property Manager review, maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies and legislation.Manage lease administration in Yardi Voyageur and SharePoint, including updating tenant records, charges,
and supporting documentation.Run daily AR and NSF reports to monitor payments and returned items throughout the monthManage accounts receivable follow-up and tenant account communicationsAssist with rent collection processes and related follow-up communication as requiredApply charges to tenant ledgers, including late fees, NSF charges, key/fob replacements, and miscellaneous resident charges.Process move‐out on Landlord ExpressProcess the move‐out condition report and apply all associated charges to the tenant ledgerHandle tenant and internal communications through shared systems, ensuring proper documentation and team‐wide visibility.Ensure compliance with the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Act while coordinating RTB proceedings, legal documentation, and tenancy‐related processes.Assist with general administrative tasks and process improvements.Support compliance with company policies and property procedures.What You BringCompletion of Grade 12 or equivalent1–2 years of experience in residential property administration or property management supportWorking knowledge of the Manitoba Residential Tenancies ActStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft 365 and property management systems (Yardi or similar)Professional communication skills and a high level of confidentialityInterest in collaboration, learning, and growthWhy Join Paragon Living?A supportive, collaborative team that celebrates growth and shared successOpportunities to contribute, learn, and lead in a growing companyCompetitive compensation and benefitsA culture that values connection, creativity, and communityReady to Build Something Great With Us?While we appreciate all applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
