You will be responsible for loading products (bulk and packaged) into delivery trucks in a reliable and secure manner. Other duties will include:Perform all blast site duties under the supervision of a blaster in charge.Assist in blast design and layout of drill patterns.Assist blaster with blast reports via data entry.Assist with blast site hazard assessments to ensure the blast site is a safe work environment for all involved.Ensure that all equipment to be used daily is clean and in good operating condition including vehicles used for delivery of explosives products.Transport explosives in a safe and efficient manner via delivery truck.Proactively support safety programs by participating in training and safety meetings.What we're looking for:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior manual labor experience preferredAbility to read, write and speak English and to communicate in written and verballyAbility to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions.Must be able to wear personal protective equipment where required.Required to lift up to 25 Kg's.Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team playerMust have a full and valid driver's licensePay Range: 33$What We Offer:Vacation time + paid holidaysHealth Care + Life insurance + AD&DRRSP + RPP (after 1 year of continuous employment)Employee Assistance ProgramGenerous paid parental leaveFriendly and supportive coworkersZero Harm for Everyone EverywhereValue People – Respect, Recognize & RewardThink Customer.
