You'll be the main point of contact, providing clear communication, accurate recommendations, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers, Technicians, and Parts.What You'll Do:Welcome customers and act as their primary contact throughout the service processAccurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair ordersAdvise on maintenance, repairs, recalls, and safety-related servicesProvide clear, itemized cost estimates and obtain repair authorizationCommunicate proactively with customers regarding status updatesCoordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure productive workflowReview completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfactionProcess warranty and recall documentation accuratelyMaintain service histories and assist with follow-up communicationsWhat We're Looking For:Basic understanding of the automotive mechanical systems is an assetPrevious dealership or Service Advisor experience is an assetStrong communication,
