The Associate, Signature Insurance is dedicated to supporting the Signature Insurance team at Acera. Your strong organizational skills along with a high attention to detail are the keys to success in this role. This role is responsible for managing and controlling administrative workflow, investigating accounting anomalies including statement differences and account reconciliations, binders, spreadsheet and letter creation, verifying and reviewing policy information and documentation for errors, advising brokers of errors and requesting re-writes from underwriters, monitoring delays in documents to clients (internal or external), processing changes on broker portals, reviewing renewals and identifying missing coverages.This is an in-office role at the Acera-Vernon or Acera-Kelowna office.Critical thinker with high attention to detailsHigh degree of professionalism and integrityCommitted to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships at all levelsSelf-starter with robust organizational skillsSkilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products,
