If you are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients while working closely with our interdisciplinary care team.Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:BathingDressingGroomingToiletingFeedingAssist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.Ensure patient comfort, dignity,
