Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite/week)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on NICE Actimise experience to support Financial Crimes Compliance / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technology initiatives.

- 3+ years of hands-on NICE Actimise configuration/support experience
- Strong Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge
- Experience with Actimise workflows, Case Management, Workflow Designer, alert routing & disposition
- Knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
- Understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications,



gap analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Robust stakeholder management and analytical/problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Actimise fraud detection workflow experience
- SQL / data analysis experience
- Banking, financial services or fintech background
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS ) certification
