You'll build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every guest feels confident and well taken care of.What you'll be doing:Welcoming Guests and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds, check in photos, all while building repour.Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficientlyEnsuring your repair orders follow exactly the manufacturers' expectations and strict warranty compliance guidelinesCommunicating technical service needs in a Guest come first way - Documenting your communications every step of the wayAdvising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity -Updating Your Guests throughout the Service Journey and managing expectationsReviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring Guest satisfaction throughout the Service Journey.What we're looking for:Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not requiredA proven background in fast-paced customer service/Guest Experience or salesTech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets,
