The Receiving Lead is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting the warehouse team through organization, communication, and continuous improvement. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to take the lead, we would love to hear from you.This position is based out of our Toronto branch, with working hours of 7:00am – 4:00pm ESTKey ResponsibilitiesReceiving and InventoryReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damageEnsure all received materials are accurately entered into the ERP systemInvestigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory auditsOrganize and prioritize incoming shipments to support operational efficiencyWarehouse OperationsSafely operate forklifts and reach trucks to unload, move, and store materialsStock inventory in designated warehouse locations while maintaining organizationCoordinate the flow of inbound materials to minimize delaysAssist with general warehouse duties as requiredLeadership and CoordinationSupport daily receiving operations and provide guidance to warehouse team membersCoordinate with purchasing, customer service,



and warehouse teams regarding inbound shipmentsIdentify opportunities to improve receiving processes and warehouse efficiencyPromote a collaborative, safety-first work environmentSafety and QualityFollow all warehouse safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving areaEnsure equipment is operated safely and report maintenance concerns promptlySupport continuous improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a warehouse receiving or inventory role requiredPrevious leadership or lead-hand experience preferredValid forklift certification requiredExperience operating a reach truck requiredExperience using ERP or warehouse management systems preferredAdditional language skills, including French, are considered an assetKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProven experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExperience receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventoryAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs on a frequent basisAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periodsComfortable working at heights and operating warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills,
