Working with a large FE College in Oxfordshire you'll create a supportive environment where every learner can overcome barriers and reach their potential.You'll adapt your teaching to a range of abilities and learning styles, drawing on individual education plans to shape the support each learner receives. Working alongside support staff and colleagues, you'll help learners build confidence, independence in work and life skillsYour responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering differentiated lessons on preparation for work,
