Key Responsibilities: • Proactively search for and connect with potential candidates • Screen applications and engage suitable candidates • Conduct community outreach for local talent acquisition • Promote Baxter's strengths as an employer • Guide candidates through the hiring experience

Requirements: • 1-3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate context • Solid verbal and written communication abilities • Capacity to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools • Required in-office presence for at least three days per week
