The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and education while supporting children's growth, development, and well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities based on children's interests, strengths, and needs.Observe, document, and assess children's development to support individual learning goals and program planning.Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging learning setting that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development.Collaborate with families to share information about children's progress and support their learning and development.Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care and education.Support children in developing self-help, social, emotional,



and self-regulation skills.Maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and community partners.Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, confidentiality policies, and child protection procedures.Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing learning initiatives.Assist with daily routines, including meals, outdoor play, rest periods, and transitions.Qualifications and RequirementsEarly Childhood Educator Level 1, 2, or 3 CertificationExperience working with young children in a childcare settingCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificationDoctor's Note confirming fitness to work with childrenCurrent TB TestCopy of Immunization RecordStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsPassion for early learning and child developmentWage depends on Childcare LevelRange $22.63 to $33.82 (Nlaye Enhancement after 1 year)What we offer:
