Role Description This full-time, on-site Residential Cleaner role is based in St. Albert, AB. The Residential Cleaner is responsible for performing routine and deep cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying living spaces. Responsibilities include following established checklists, using company-approved cleaning products safely, and maintaining equipment in good condition. The role involves traveling between client locations, arriving on time, and communicating courteously with clients and team members. The Residential Cleaner is expected to uphold cleanliness standards, respect client privacy and property,



and follow health and safety guidelines throughout each shift.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and general tidying with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and secure handling practices, including awareness of proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to follow schedules, complete checklists, and manage multiple homes in a day.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in St. Albert, AB and surrounding areas.
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning motions safely.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Willingness to follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and quality standards.
