Junior Interior DesignerThis Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.We are smart_We help our clients create innovative, memorable, and efficient hospitality and retail environments.We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our collaborative and quick-paced studio.This is an opportunity for an emerging designer to gain hands‐on experience across hospitality and retail projects, develop technical and design skills, and work alongside experienced designers from concept through implementation.The ideal candidate is curious, organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.You will contribute to projects at every stage while developing your ability to communicate, problem‐solve, and bring thoughtful design ideas to the team.Education / ExperiencePost‐secondary education in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline0–3 years of experience in the design industry; relevant or transferable experience will be consideredGeneral understanding of retail and hospitality designDemonstrated interest in developing a career in interior designWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of meeting and presentation software such as Teams, Zoom, or similar platformsTechnical SkillsStrong working knowledge of AutoCADWorking knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopFamiliarity with REVIT and an interest in further developing Revit skillsFamiliarity with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, and SmartSheetAbility to produce accurate drawings, layouts, presentations, and supporting project materialsUnderstanding of construction drawing packages and the relationship between Interior Design and consultant drawings is an assetAs a Junior Designer, you will:Participate in projects across all stages, from concept development through implementationSupport Senior and Intermediate Designers with design development, documentation, presentations, and project coordinationCollaborate with internal studio disciplines and external consultants to support the successful delivery of projectsAssist with design research,
