Reporting to the Project Director, this role will coordinate schedules, project documentation, procurement activities, subcontractor requirements, customer deliverables, and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring strong project execution experience and the ability to keep complex activities, stakeholders,



and contractual requirements organized and moving forward.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities across Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and other internal teamsSupport the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, milestones, and communication documentsMonitor project timelines, identify critical-path activities, and follow deliverables through to completionTrack contractual obligations, customer requirements, non-conformances, and contract modificationsPrepare and communicate explicit project status updates to internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate the flow of contract submittals, vendor documentation, project reports, invoices, customer correspondence, and other project recordsMaintain effective communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholdersCoordinate subcontractor activities and monitor subcontractor schedules against project requirementsSupport Procurement with vendor commitments, supplier relationships, proposals, and contract exhibitsMonitor project documentation status and ensure required submissions are completed on scheduleReview project documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirementsAssist with the development and maintenance of project execution tools, trackers,



and reporting processesRequired Qualifications and SkillsEducational background in Project Management, Engineering or a related fieldAt least five years of project coordination or project execution experience, preferably within the construction, energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectorsExperience coordinating schedules, project documentation, procurement activities, and multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of project execution processes and the ability to track activities from planning through completionExperience supporting contract administration, customer submittals, vendor documentation, or change managementProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesAbility to build productive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, engineering principles, or construction processes is considered an assetValid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites as requirede-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
