Position OverviewResponsible for the coordination, processing and monitoring of the settlement processes for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents made through the CDAS system.Essential FunctionsOversee the adjustment process to ensure requests are completed timely and loggedProcess adjustments to settlement for Independent Contractors and Cartage AgentsEnsure error reports are reviewed on a daily basis and that solutions to the errors result in accurate data feeding from ACCOPS and accurate calculations in CDASProcess reimbursements and deductions to settlements for Independent ContractorsEnsure all earnings for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents align with contractual ratesPerform the weekly settlement process for Independent Contractors and Cartage AgentsOversee the reconciliation of accounts associated with settlements (i.E. deductions)Support employees in the resolution of issues with regards to Settlement, Accounts Payable and AdministrationManagement of company owned devices to ensure processes are appropriately completed and procedures are followedPerform audits on assigned variance reports, settlements, accessorial and additional settlement activities to ensure reasonableness and accuracyProvide education to internal and external customers on CDAS systemReview queries from CDAS/ACCOPS to ensure data is accurate and completeSupervise department employees to ensure departmental policies, processes and procedures are followedTrain new and/or current employees on payment processing, various settlement programs, and account reconciliationComply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/proceduresPerform other duties as requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredPost-secondary DiplomaThree (3) years business experienceKnowledge of LTL industryExcellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem‐solving skills,
